Atracting visitors by a rice noodle oven
Located on Rau Ram channel (An Binh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can tho city), each day Sau Hoai Rice Noodle oven welcomes hundreds of domestic and foreign tourists to visit and enjoy special foods of the southwest region.

Keeping the profession through 3 generations

Sau Doi rice noodle oven  is the third generation in a traditional family of making rice noodle by handicraft. It's  a kind of  soft rice noodle. When soft rice noodle is no longer favored, Sau Hoai (real name is Huynh Huu Hoai) went to Sa Dec (Dong Thap province) to worked for someone as well as apprenticeship of tapioca rice noodle. As a result, his rice noodle oven exists and grows to this day.

Pizza rice noodle

Visitors not noly went to rice noodle oven to watch, but also they were served well-known rice noodle in the South region, that is water rice noodle.  The soup is thoroughly stewed with pig bone tubes (without using neck bones), so fat sweetener bold taste mixed sweetness of dried shrimp and dried squid. Foreigners and domestic visitors  like this food very much, though it only has stuffing lean meat.
