The management and use of additional budget comply with current regulations.

For the additional budgets that purchase equipments for science and technology units under the central agency and perform science and technology tasks of ministries, central agencies: Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Science and Technology consider, review and allocate budget expenditures of ministries, central agencies and localities since 2015 to guarantee the right purpose, efficiency and economy approving the competent authority  to decide on provisions of the State Budget Law and the implementing instruction documents.

Ministry of Science and Technology and other budget allocated agencies are responsible for deciding implementation of projects and science and technology tasks that have been approved in accordance with the additional budgets to ensure proper policies and regulations.
