The machine operation is based on turning cylinder’s translational motion into rotary motion which turns materials into shape similar to molds.  The mold’s movement needs an adequate distance to prevent breaking from pressure. Once work piece has set on site, pressing “start” button to clamp it. Another cylinder will put the engine down to create spirals, and bring it back, finally, curving and shaping process to make a complete clothes hanger.

Talking about research’s application, Nguyen Minh Triet said, automation is a process that helps reduce labor costs, other expenditures, and raising capacity. That is why Triet’s group decided to take part in the research.
