Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hong attend global conference on cyberspace (Global Conference on Cyberspace 2015), held in The Hague, Netherlands.

At global conference, there were representatives from more than 120 countries, territories and international organizations, including 75 representative governments  to promote practical cooperation in cyberspace, strengthen capacity building to ensure the safety, security and space information network and discuss the responsibilities of each country in cyberspace.

The conference found solutions the world get measures to respond to the urgent challenges of safety, and information network security, such as prosecuting cybercrime; enhancing cooperation between CERT and technical measures to protect the Internet. It also launched a global initiation where all the partners can share online experiences and work together.  Besides, discuss on international human and private rights on the Internet.

In the framework of this year's conference, the Global Forum on cyber experts (Global Forum on Cyber Expertise - GFCE) has been established by Netherlands host country. GFCE creates a new political dynamics in the development of information security policies; promote the initiation and provide knowledge and experiences for the member countries; create platforms to exchange at high-level in discussion of the policy construction. Vietnam is one of 42 countries, regions and international organizations, becomes a founding member of GFCE.

In the conference program, the delegation of Ministry of Information and Communication also visited Embassy of Vietnam in the Netherlands, worked bilaterally with representatives of Netherlands Ministry of Security and Justice for the exchange of experiences in the ensuring cyberspace information security.
