Typical amateur inventors festival 2015
On May 12, Ministry of Science and Technology held "a meeting of the typical unprofessional inventors 2015." Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended the event.

This is an activity of a series of events being organized to celebrate Vietnam Science and Technology Day, May 18.

The meeting not only honors people’s intellect and creative capacity, encourage and cheer labor passion, creativity in the people but also expresses deep concern of leaders of Party, State and Government for science and technology in general and creative activities of people in particular.

Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Quan said, 63 amateur inventors who are typical mirror representing people’s intellect and creativity in the whole country.

In addition, Ministry of Science and Technology collaborated with the relevant agencies to implement many activities to support the amateur inventors from forming ideas, researching and manufacturing to support commercialization products and establish science and technology businesses for development of production and business activities

In the coming time, Ministry of Science and Technology will coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to continue improving mechanisms and policies in order to support innovative activities from the state budget; commendation, honoring people have initiative, valuably technical creativities; guiding registration and protection of intellectual property rights; support for the application and commercialization of innovations, technical improvements and etc.
