On August 17, 60 international delegates from 19 countries around the world attended the opening ceremony of international physics science conference with the topic "Cosmology - 50 years after the discovery of cosmic background radiation" at the International Center for Science and Interdisciplinary Education, Quy Nhon city (Binh Dinh).

60 international delegates from 19 countries worldwide attended the opening of the scientific physics conference in Vietnam.

This is the chain of events in the scientific program of "11th meeting Vietnam" 2015  implemented by Vietnam Meeting Science Association, Binh Dinh People's Committee, Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology.

Mather in the field of study cosmic background radiation, which led to the discovery of the background radiation of the black body nature and anisotropy. He is teaching physics at the University of California (USA), senior research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He is also Professor of Physics at the University of Paris Diderot (France) from 2010 so far. In addition to the Nobel Prize in 2006, the professor was awarded the Einstein Medal in 2003 and Oersted Medal in 2009.
