Attending signing ceremony, representatives of  Ministry of Science and Technology, there was deputy minister Tran Viet Thanh, Director of National of Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, and Major general Le Dang Dung, Deputy General Director of Viettel Corporation and many leaders  of main units.

Cooperation Agreement on applying IT and telecommunications in the field of IP will be launched by MOST and Viettel to promote the application of information technology (IT) and telecommunications in the management, operation and evaluation of intellectual property application, state management of public services in the intellectual property field in accordance with the law and create effective interactive environment among state authorities, people and businesses.

At the signing ceremony, Major general Le Dang Dung asserted Viettel and Ministry of Science and Technology will implement cooperation agreement and undertake high quality human source and implement cooperation contents with Ministry of Science and Technology and complete it as soon as possible.

Cooperation Agreement between Ministry of Science and Technology and Viettel on IT and communication applications in the intellectual property field will be carried out four years since 2016-2020.

Department of Publication, Printing and Issuing provides online public services.

From January 11, Department of Publication, Printing and Issuing - Ministry of Information and Communications published information and provided a number of online public services  on web portal of  Department of Publication, Printing and Issuing.

Concurrently, the web portal https://ppdvn.gov.vn will publicly perform information, such as List of works and documents were confirmed for registration by state management agencies (Department of Publication, Printing and Issuing - Ministry of Information and Communications); List of publications were deposited at  Department of Publishing, Printing and Issuing - Ministry of Information and Communications in accordance with the law.
