In the morning March 7, in Hanoi, Department of Market Development and Science and Technology Business - Ministry of Science and Technology collaborated with the United States Ambassador in Vietnam to hold  an Event Connecting Vietnam - United States innovation, 2016.

Attending the event, for the US, there were Mr. Ted Osius - United States Ambassador in Vietnam; Mr. David Thorne - Senior Advisor of US Secretary of representatives from corporations, businesses, venture capital funds in the United States.

In 2016, with the strengthening of cooperation in the field of science and technology between Vietnam - The United States will contribute to promote the development of ecological entrepreneurship in Vietnam, bringing more opportunities and real value to the startup community, impactful and positive affect to the formation of an ecosystem of innovation and healthy entrepreneurship in Vietnam. Deputy Minister Tran Van Tung stressed.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ted Osius - United States Ambassador in Vietnam said the United States recognized the contribution of Ministry of Science and Technology and the Government of Vietnam for the development of ecological entrepreneurship in Vietnam. The meeting was official to blow innovation fire in Vietnam to help the feeding and encourage the growth of entrepreneurship community in Vietnam.
