To achieve this result, Ha Noi will develop models using new energy, clean energy, renewable energy in households and establishments using biogas energy, hot water heaters, power solar energy.

It is known, firstly, Ha Noi will promote energy conservation and efficiency use for the industrial production establishments at Industrial Zones of Lai Xa - Kim Chung and Trung An (Hoai Duc) and Noi Bai Industrial Zone. The city will also assist in improving the energy efficiency use of irrigation pumping stations; operating the offtake  close and open systems, drain regulator ensures power saving and modernization of irrigation works.

Besides, Hanoi will promote energy efficiency use in buildings, public lighting and transport sectors. Specifically, the city will support the technique to build the database of energy conservation solutions for the textile industry enterprises and mechanical industrial production businesses for national defense, identifying potential energy conservation, optimization of production processes.
