Vinaga's trademark of gac capsules has been known to the consumer.

For more than 10 years of building and developing the trademark, the company has encountered many difficulties, in which, counterfeit is a painful problem, affecting the prestige of the trademark. In the market today, there are many products with the same name as Viaga, Vinaga DHA and etc. These clone products only change a bit in color and shape of the product, causing confusion for consumers. Especially, due to the cheaper price of these products, it has created unhealthy competition for vagina oil products in the market.

Prior to this situation, the company has implemented many solutions to protect the trademark, in which, prioritize the investment in production technology, improve product quality and promote communication of trademark identity.
However, in my opinion, the efforts of the enterprises in protecting the product trademark is not enough but the support of the state management agencies, such as strengthening the management of the market, avoiding trademark registration is the same, misleading the consumer.
