This is the event to celebrate the 88th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam 03/02/1930 - 03/02/2018) and celebrate the spring of 2018.

Attending the opening ceremony, there were leaders of Can Tho City, representatives of departments, branches in the city and many visitors.

The program "Spring Garden 2018" with many activities to welcome the traditional New Year such as bánh tet to welcome traditional Tet in the countryside, calligraphy art performances, typical cuisine and folk games of the Kinh, Chinese, Khmer ethnic groups.

Visitors are introduced and experienced the type of foods, such as cake making, Tet making and etc. In addition, there are traditional handicrafts, such as wicker, weaving mats, Vietnamese art carvings, tray of five fruits and etc.

Coming to the festival this year, visitors will not only enjoy the amateur mucsic - the intangible cultural heritages, folk singing and folk songs, Khmer’s traditional Sarikakeo dance but also meet the Artisans from traditional craft villages in Can Tho city, participating in folk games. Spring Festival 2018 will last until the end of February 4.
