This is a scientific forum for young scientists nationwide to come up with ideas, solutions, basic scientific research and applications, and show the cooperation and linkages of the youth.

The conference has received 200 scientific works in fields, such as chemistry, physics, biology, environment and sustainable development  in universities and research institutes nationwide, Hanoi National University, Hanoi Polytechnic University, Can Tho University, Institute of Chemical Engineering, Hai Phong Institute of Marine Resources and Environment .

Speaking at the conference, Prof., Dr. Nguyen Van Noi, head of Hanoi University of Science, said that through three organizations, the conference received positive feedback from young scientists. Over 500 scientific works in many fields came from all over the country.
