According to the Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Central Youth Union, Nguyen Thi Thu Van, this is an activity that promotes start-up ecosystem, creative startup, through the provision of scholarships to youths who need to start to join the "Smart Cities" courses in Israel, organized by Vietnam Central Youth Union and ALMA.

This course focuses on start-up ideas, applies information technology to develop smart cities. The full scholarship is worth 130 million VND / course includes Course fees, airfare, living expenses and travel in Israel for 3 weeks (from 25/7 - 28/8).

Mandatory criteria for applicants to attend the program: Vietnamese youths or students (priority is given to final year students at universities and institutes) across the country with a passion for start-up, have English qualification to participate in the program.

Candidates will be sent to Knowledge Portal of Thanh Giong (No. 64 Ba Trieu, Hanoi), receiving time from 22/5 to 29/5. Excellent candidates will be interviewed.

According to the agreement, scholarship recipients must commit after completion of the course, returning to Vietnam will join the Vietnam Youth Union and ALMA company to develop startup community.
