Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology has just developed a Plan to support the transfer of models to apply scientific, technological and innovation progress at the facility in 2019.
The program aims to support the application of models of science, technology and innovation at grassroots level for agencies, administrative and non-business units and enterprises and establishments in districts to improve productivity, quality and efficiency in management and production and business activities.
Participants are schools, institutes, businesses, and science and technology organizations, non-business units in the city. Registrants will receive the combined funding from the City budget up to 30% of the total implementation costs.
The unit applying for implementation must have an effective model of applying scientific, technological and innovative advances to support the transfer; have functions, suitable tasks and have sufficient capacity to implement the project. Organizations and individuals receiving projects must also have reciprocal capital of at least 70% of the total implementation cost.
Funds are made from the budget of the city's science and technology (under the Plan of scientific, technological and innovative activities at the grassroots level in 2019).
