The conference was organized within the framework of implementing the Capacity Building Program for IPR enforcement agencies with the aim of strengthening the skills of identifying real goods and counterfeit goods for Market Management Officers in Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Can - Deputy Director of the Institute of Science and Technology emphasized that the organization of training courses on how to distinguish real products - counterfeit goods is essential to support the IPR enforcement officials in Vietnam have more information and skills to identify real goods - counterfeit goods on the market to effectively support IP protection and enforcement in Vietnam.
At the Conference, delegates were introduced and guided by representatives of Japanese enterprises to distinguish the real products - counterfeit goods through comparison images and visit the product display area to listen to share, detailed instructions on how to identify real goods - counterfeit goods to help IPR executives gain certain insights in order to contribute to improving the effectiveness of anti-counterfeiting and counterfeiting in Ho Chi Minh City.
