In the afternoon of August 22, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Industry and Trade held a preliminary Conference "The situation of implementing action plan on cleaner production in the industry in Can Tho City from 2016-2019" aiming to report and re-evaluate the situation of the plan in the past time and come up with the direction of the tasks in the last months of the year and 2020.

The conference focused on the contents of the three-year preliminary report on the implementation of action plans to apply cleaner production in the industry in Can Tho City. Besides, there were also reports of departments, industries and enterprises, such as Science and technology activities to support cleaner production enterprises (Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology);
Reviewing the implementation of action plan on cleaner production in the industry in Can Tho City from 2016 to 2020 (Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Can Tho City); Achievements and results of the project "Implementing an ecological industrial zone initiative towards a sustainable industrial park model in Vietnam" in Tra Noc industrial zone 1 and 2 Can Tho (Management Board of Can Tho and Can Tho industrial zones);
Situation of results of cleaner production activities at C.P Breeding Joint Stock Company Viet Nam - Branch of aquatic food production; The situation of cleaner production results at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Tra Noc Industrial Park, Can Tho Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company.
