Attending the opening ceremony, there were representatives of Thanh Thanh's Party Committee, Can Tho City People's Committee, Can Tho City Internal Affairs Department, Can Tho City Police Department, Ninh Kieu District Secretary, Can Tho City Fatherland Front Committee, Can Tho City People's Council, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City, representatives of departments, agencies, Center for Culture, Sports, readers and Chu Van An Secondary School students in Can Tho city.

Mr. Nguyen Khanh Tung - Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City gave the opening speech of the  Canh Ty Spring Newspaper Association 2020.

The Canh Ty Spring Newspaper Association 2020 exhibits and introduces readers to over 450 of Spring publications from the support of 62 libraries of provinces and cities across the country and local and external press agencies. In addition, the Spring Newspaper exhibition at Ninh Kieu Tourist Pier will take place from January 18 to January 24, 2020 (on the 24 - 30/12 lunar calendar).
