The results of administrative procedures in the field of Standards, Metrology and Quality in April 2020 of Ho Chi Minh City reached 96.5% of the total number of received applications.

Information from Ho Chi Minh City Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality said that 18 administrative procedures within the management functions of the Department were announced under Decision No. 239 / QD-TDC dated May 22, 2019 on regarding the re-publication of the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015. In which, there are 13 administrative procedures provided online at level 3.

The number of applications received and processed was 2,487, of which 2,400 were online (accounting for 96.5% of the total number of received and processed applications).
The rate of timely resolution of dossiers reaches 100%: 2,487 records / 2,487 files received.
Ho Chi Minh City Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality Currently has implemented the survey of 129 individuals and assessment organizations for the reception and return of results at the OSS Section, reaching 100% of satisfied opinions when surveying and evaluating the resolution of administrative procedures (135 satisfied votes / 135 survey votes). |
