With all the capital, effort and experiences accumulated from the international environment, they created technology products with Vietnamese intelligence.

These are three out of dozens of projects being incubated at the high-tech business incubator in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park.

Put AI in children's toys

During a showcase of typical startup models in Ho Chi Minh City, visitors to the exhibition stayed a long time to experience the children's toy model using artificial intelligence (AI).

In the hand holding a wooden star shaped "magic wand", babies will learn how to program and think logically when using the chopsticks to set the step for a wooden car with flashing lights in the picture with lots of bends and obstacles.

Depending on how the child chooses the route, the wooden car will turn left, turn right or go straight to find the destination of the school, grandmother's house or bring the banh chung, rice cake for grandmother on Tet.

Inside this seemingly simple wooden toy is a technological invention with updatable programming to customize the way of play, encourage kids to be creative, and report back to parents at the rate of their child's play exactly.

The owner of this project is engineer Tong Vu Than Dan (38 years old), who was in charge of designing machinery for an American company, went to Japan to work in semiconductor technology and then returned to Vietnam to work as an engineer for Intel Corporation. Finally, having accumulated enough resources, he decided to start his own project.
