That is the basis for them to create new values in the future, especially when the Government has just issued Decision No.188 to direct this project to achieve its larger and more focused goals.

There are some of the new points the team working on this project is expected to implement in 2021.

Center for innovation and Startup

According to the new Prime Minister's Decision No.188, Project 844 has added a new goal, which is to build a system of Innovation Centers including three National Innovation Startup Support Centers in three major cities (Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City) and Innovation and Start-up Centers in localities, ministries, branches and other institutions.

This center works as a one-stop shop, a connection point, is a place for individuals and organizations to support domestic and foreign innovative startups who want to approach and build a start-up ecosystem must be found first. Mr. Pham Dung Nam shared that these centers must be the place where experts, especially international innovation startups, successful overseas Vietnamese can "promote their creativity and experiences” in Vietnam.
