Participants are S&T organizations, enterprises or schools, institutes or organizations with the function of S&T research. In case, organizations are not the above subjects, they can associate with functional units to register for implementation.

In which, mission (1) aims to connect scientific research and innovation, and support to promote the development of the S&T market in Ho Chi Minh City. The product of this mission is the report describing the platform design connecting scientific research and innovation.

Task (2) includes two contents: Consultancy report on implementation contents and steps to implement the foundation construction; operating model to maintain the current and future platform operations for the components of the innovation ecosystem (the management unit, the funding source for the operation and maintenance).

Mission (3) towards building the platform activities in the field of science and technology, connecting activities in scientific research and innovation. The product of the mission is the task management system for S&T and innovation (documenting, interacting, working on the internet). This is the problem of strengthening the management of science, technology and innovation tasks, helping to unify methods and processes, and improve operational efficiency.

The difference of ordering is that during the task execution process, the ordering party will follow closely with the problem solver to come up with ideas, how to perform according to reality and complete the idea with highest efficiency. Funding for the implementation of the above-mentioned ordering tasks is provided by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.

The deadline for submitting the application is until April 29, 2021 at the Science Management Division- Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.
