The quality management system according to ISO 9001, promptly overcome the shortcomings, the Department of Science and Technology has stepped up the inspection of the maintenance, application and improvement of the quality management system according to the national standard  TCVN 9001 in state administrative agencies of An Giang province, every year (from 2016 to 2020), Department of Science and Technology had an inspection plan and submited to the Provincial People's Committee for approval and implementation.

Results from 2016 to 2020 have been checked and passed through dossiers and reports to 100% of state administrative agencies applying the quality management system in the province: 41/41 provincial agencies (19 departments, branches at provincial level, 11 Departments under the Department and 11 People's Committees of districts, towns and cities) and 156/156 People's Committees of communes, wards and towns.

At the same time, inspections at the offices of the agencies are subject to the construction and application of the quality management system at about 70% / year, exceeding the minimum requirement of 30% / year.

The inspection results show that the leaders of agencies and departments applying the quality management system regularly urge and supervise the implementation of the departments, units under the agencies, directly communicate tasks, establish the ISO Steering Committee, to facilitate the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the operational processes in professional activities.
