Mainly acts of trading food with expired use time, smuggled, unknown origin.

Accordingly, on April 28, 2021, Market Management Team No. 1, Quang Ninh Department of Market Management conducted an inspection of the Quynh Chi store at the address of Ha Khanh Ward, Ha Long City is owned by Mr. Ngo Van Chung. At the time of inspection, it was discovered that the store was selling nearly 1 quint of food of unknown origin and smuggled food, including 20kg of kiwi jam, 20kg of dried lemon slices, 13kg of raisins, 30kg of cherry jam, 8 packs Styrofoam, 22 packs of chocolates. The total listed value of the shipment is 31 million VND. The team issued a penalty decision of 20 million VND, proceeding to handle exhibits according to regulations.

On April 27, 2021, Market Management Team No. 8, Quang Ninh Department of Market Management, coordinated with the Traffic Police Department (Quang Ninh Provincial Police) to examine the 14C-265.80 controlled truck that was circulating in the direction of Lang Son - Tien Yen, the section passing Yen Than commune, Tien Yen district, Quang Ninh province, led by Mr. Tang Dau Sat, located in Tan Lap commune, Dam Ha district, Quang Ninh province is the driver and owner of goods.

At the time of inspection, the competent force discovered that on the illegally used vehicle nearly 4.5 tons of used chicken feet, worth 23 million VND. Through the inspection process, the driver cannot present legal documents and invoices related to the above goods. Market Management Team 8 issued a penalty decision of 17 million VND, forcing the destruction of all infringing goods.

Previously, on April 19, 2021, Market Management Team No. 4, Quang Ninh Department of Marekt Management, coordinated with the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) to examine cars of the Supervisory Board: 14C-157.84 by Mr. Nguyen Van Minh as the driver owner, address at Quang Thanh commune, Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh province. The competent force discovered on a truck that transported 2,000 kg of unprocessed pig's heart of unknown origin, worth 28 million VND. Market Management Team No. 4 issued a sanctioning decision of 17 million VND, forcing the destruction of all violated goods according to the provisions of law.
