This year's contest, with a high prize structure, is expected to award 6 first prizes, each worth 30 million VND, 12 second prizes worth 24 million VND, 18 third prizes and 24 consolation prizes. Subjects are Vietnamese citizens whose new scientific, technological and technical solutions have been created and applied in Thai Binh. The judging period will be from June to August 2021.

The Union of Science and Technology Associations of Bac Lieu province also launched the 9th Science and Technology Innovation Contest of the year. The contest accepts applications until the end of July 6, 2021. Selection of dossiers to participate in the National Competition is expected in August 2021.

The Union of Science and Technology Associations of Yen Bai province also launched the 10th Yen Bai Provincial Technical and technological Innovation Contest to promote the movement of promoting innovations and technical improvement in the fields of science and technology of Yen Bai province of intellectuals, workers, civil servants, public employees and working people in the province, promoting the effective application of newly invented solutions, inventions, new technical initiatives into production and life, helping to improve the technical level and working capacity of the labor force in the province. All solutions registered for the competition must meet the criteria of novelty and creativity; applicability and scalability of the solution; economic - technical - social efficiency.
