Among them are many famous intellectuals, such as: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan, former member of the Politburo, former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front, former Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Prof. Dr. Dang Vu Minh, former President of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, former Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment, Honorary Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and etc.

Attending and speaking at the event, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized, the 4th Industrial Revolution now opens up opportunities for our country to shorten the gap and accelerate development; and this requires the national S&T team to work harder, to be more creative, to create more value for life from their research, inventions.
