Attending the workshop, there were Mr. Trinh Quoc Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Sustainable Development of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Mr. Chu Ba Thi – Project Manager, World Bank senior energy expert in Vietnam; Mrs. Prajakta Ajit Chitre – co-Manager of the project, representative of the World Bank; together with representatives of commercial banks, corporations, industry associations and industrial enterprises, energy service companies, energy conservation equipment suppliers and etc.

At the workshop, Mr. Trinh Quoc Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Sustainable Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, said that in the past time, with the active efforts of the World Bank, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has and is implementing the development of many technical assistance programs and projects to further promote the investment market in energy conservation, strengthen the capacity of stakeholders, create a forum for businesses to have the opportunity to meet, learn, exchange experiences and cooperate to apply energy conservation solutions in industry.
