Reporting at the acceptance ceremony, Mr. Than The Hao (task manager) said that, after the commercialization process for daily life, 3 manhole products HG01 (with solid waste recovery), HG02 (with anti-freeze reflux) and HG03 (with solid waste recovery and anti-reflux) need to be improved in many details, such as need for flexible connection to the wastewater line, load capacity, durability, modularization of details for ease of construction.

Therefore, the task group has implemented specific contents, such as determining the effects of the environment, usage conditions on durability, researching solutions to improve the rigidity and durability of manholes. Thence, a design and manufacturing flow chart of 20 steps is proposed and a process of manufacturing large-sized plastic products consists of 12 steps, along with the product preservation process when transporting, storing in the warehouse and outside.

Testing the plastic manhole in the field (bearing a load of 16 tons and allowing a 4-ton motor vehicle to run through), after 6 months, the manhole has good bearing capacity, no breakage, no deformation. Therefore, the new product can be applied to areas where floods often occur, or into projects to improve drainage pipes in alleys, in food and beverage production and business establishments to recover the solid waste, limit flooding and prevent reflux.
