At the Conference, the Division Head, Deputy Head and members discussed and commented on the draft report on the preliminary report on the emulation and commendation movement in the first 6 months of the year and the direction of the tasks for the last 6 months of 2023 and outlined the advantages and difficulties in the operation process.
