Violating regulations on instructions for protection of industrial property rights, Draft amendments and supplements to Point c, Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree No.99: Receiving the transfer of the right to use industrial property objects without approving a written contract, false indications or no indications on goods manufactured under contracts for the use of industrial property objects. Point a, Clause 2 will be amended and supplemented as follows: Forcible removal of infringing elements on goods and means of business, for acts of violating regulations and acts of giving false indications about goods manufactured under contracts using the industrial property object.
