Attending the contest, there were comrade Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Organization Board of the Creative Contest for youth and children in the province; Representatives of leaders of departments, branches and localities in the province; Department of education and training, youth union of districts, towns and cities; Representatives of school leaders, teachers and students won the contest.

After the launch period (from October 2022 to June 15, 2023), the Provincial Competition Organization Board received 260 models and products to participate in the Competition (reaching 260% of the set plan) from 10/ 10 districts, towns and cities throughout the province. Solutions belong to 05 areas, including: IT software (17 models and products); learning supplies (53 models and products); environmentally friendly products (57 models, products); technical solutions to respond to climate change, environmental protection and economic development (38 models and products); household living tools and children's toys (95 models and products).

The Organization Board has established examination councils with judges who are reputable experts with professional expertise in specialized fields. Based on criteria, such as novelty, creativity; technical and artistic properties; applicability in practice. The Judging Councils evaluated, scored, summarized, ranked and proposed awards for 41 models and creative products participating in the contest for the Contest Organization Board to decide. The results include: 02 second prize, 07 third prizes and 32 consolation prizes. The Contest Organization Board also selected 18 models and products from the models and products that won high prizes to participate in the 19th National Contest (2023) organized by the Vietnam Federation of Associations in Hanoi.

At the Ceremony, Comrade Luong Thanh Son - Chairman of the Union of Science and Technology Associations, Head of the Organization Board of the Competition said: many models and products participating in the 16th competition are quite diverse and rich. demonstrate novelty, creativity, applicability, value in terms of efficiency, economy, society and especially the ability to solve practical requirements. Accompanying the explanatory report are photos and videos of experimental models and products, thereby providing sufficient information to help the Examining Councils have enough grounds to comment, evaluate and score the model, products in an objective and scientific manner. Some models and products have high scientific content, with investment in both funding and effort. At the same time, we congratulated the achievements of the collectives, authors and groups of authors who have contributed to the success of the Contest and hoped that the students would continue to be creative to create more models and products for living, learning and socio-economic development.
