Tay Ninh: Support for intellectual property registration costs
Tay Ninh province will support funding from 15 to 60 million VND for intellectual property registration, including patents, industrial designs, trademarks and new plant varieties.


Supported subjects: Individuals and organizations participating in the Intellectual Property Development Program to 2030 and related parties.
Support level for domestic registration:
- Patent: 30 million VND/application.
- New plant varieties: 30 million VND/application.
- Industrial designs: 15 million VND/diploma.
- Trademarks: 15 million VND/diploma.
Support level for international registration: 
- Foreign trademark: 60 million VND/valid application, accompanied by certified international documents.
According to Resolution No. 73/2024/NQ-HDND, cooperatives and small and medium-sized enterprises are supported with VND 35 million/brand/product in the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program for the period of 2024 - 2025.
