Vinh Long: enhancing business competitiveness based on intellectual property and product traceability

Vinh Long province Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Representative Office of the National Office of Intellectual Property in Ho Chi Minh City and the Enterprise Development Institute - Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry to organized a training course on "Improving competitiveness for enterprises based on intellectual property and product traceability" on October 2, 2024 at Phuoc Thanh IV Hotel.

The training session, there were leaders of agencies, associations, cooperatives and more than 50 delegates from departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and local enterprises. The reporters provided guidance on legal regulations on product traceability, brand protection, intellectual property rights, as well as how to register for trademark and industrial design protection.
Attending the training course, delegates were equipped with knowledge about the benefits of traceability in brand building, related legal regulations and methods for effectively exploiting intellectual property. The event contributed to improving the management and protection of intellectual property for businesses and production and business establishments in Vinh Long.
