The conference was held in person and online with nearly 100 locations across the city, attracting more than 2,000 party members. The Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW was established, consisting of 30 members, headed by Comrade Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

Leaders of the Da Nang City Party Committee emphasized that developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation are key factors in promoting the city's socio-economy. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has proposed a specific Action Program to strengthen the Party's leadership and encourage the participation of entrepreneurs, businesses and people. The goal by 2030 is that Da Nang will be among the leading localities in the country in science, technology, digital transformation index and e-Government development.

The conference also mentioned the vision to 2045 with seven important targets. Among them, the outstanding target is that the city's digital economy scale reaches at least 60% of GRDP. Da Nang aims to establish itself as a digital technology and innovation hub for Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The city aims to attract at least one world-leading technology company to invest and set up headquarters here, creating favorable conditions for advanced technology research and production.
