“Connecting Ideas” is an event in the “Technology Coffee” series of activities organized by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, implemented by Science and Technology Information and Statistics Center (CESTI) to deploy and promote the connection between technology supply and demand, contributing to improving the production capacity of enterprises, promoting innovation activities in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces in the region.

The Idea Connection event with the topic "Technological process of mango vinegar production" held from 8:30 to 11:30 on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 79 Truong Dinh, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (and online via Google Meet application).
At the event, suppliers introduced technology solutions that meet the specific requirements of the unit. After that, the unit chose the appropriate solution to continue negotiating cooperation and technology transfer.
The unit's request is to have a specific solution, as follows:
- Expected capacity is 50-100 liters/batch (can be expanded because the raw material source can reach 50-100 tons of fruit/day).
- Develop standards for raw materials and finished products.
- Equipment chain system to meet the stages in the process.
The “Idea Connection” event promises to be a great opportunity for businesses and technology providers to meet, exchange, and seek optimal solutions to develop production in the food processing sector.
