During the workshop, delegates exchanged and discussed important issues, such as the scope of protection of industrial designs, the influence of the history of establishing rights, determining the scope of protection for registration, as well as how to use consumer surveys to assess the likelihood of confusion with trademarks.

To increase the scope of industrial design protection, businesses need to focus on searching for information and considering registration strategies, including registration for products and related product parts. Businesses should also register multiple product variations to counter innovative competitors. At the same time, it is necessary to have a plan to commercialize designs according to the economic life cycle, using copyright or exclusive rights for industrial designs. It is also necessary to re-evaluate the value of industrial designs being commercialized and review the competitive situation to make timely adjustments to meet customer preferences.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Le Quang Thong - Head of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine (Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry), not only students benefit from the Program but also the teaching staff has matured in both expertise and foreign languages. Many lecturers have been sent to teach at international partner schools. The faculty also invites foreign experts and professors to share and teach at the Faculty. The Program also has the participation of many CEOs and prestigious experts in the veterinary industry from Vietnam and internationally. Each year, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine sends about 30 students to practice and study in more than 13 countries, such as the United States, Australia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc. At the same time, it also welcomes international students to exchange, creating a multi-dimensional and integrated academic environment.
