Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai said that recently, Lao Cai province has resolutely implemented synchronous solutions for site clearance along with developing resettlement plans.

Lao Cai province is determined to complete the handover of land on schedule to start the project as directed by the Prime Minister.

The Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee also proposed that the Ministry of Construction direct the consulting unit to study and adjust the scope and boundaries of land clearance at some locations to suit the orientation and economic development planning of the province, creating favorable conditions for the province to effectively exploit the advantages when the new railway line is formed.
