Digital transformation journey
In the recent years, Da Nang has led the country in building e-government, smart cities and developing the digital economy.

However, the city's leaders are well aware that this development is only truly meaningful when all citizens participate and benefit, leaving no one behind. The biggest challenge today is the digital skills gap, which leaves many people confused about online public services, unfamiliar with digital payments, or unaware of how to take advantage of remote learning, medical examination and working platforms.

Realizing that, Da Nang city has launched the "Digital Education for All" movement as a concrete step to promote digital transformation from the people themselves. Not only Da Nang, many other localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Thai Nguyen, Can Tho are also implementing models such as "Community Digital Technology Team", "Digital Street", digital skills classes for vulnerable groups. These small activities are gradually creating a silent revolution, helping people get used to using QR codes, registering for medical examinations via applications, paying taxes electronically, gradually making digitalization an indispensable part of daily life.

If the literacy campaign once helped Vietnam escape poverty, now the dissemination of digital skills has become a measure of social progress. Skills for living and working in a digital environment not only bring opportunities, but also help each person avoid being left behind in a rapidly changing world. “Digital literacy for all” is a call to action from the Party and State, requiring the coordination of the government, businesses, and the proactive learning spirit of each individual - all together spreading and promoting comprehensive digital transformation, from local bases to each family and each person.
