The district's Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) operates and has been integrated with databases in many different fields of the locality, regularly supplementing "live" data to serve the direction and operation of the district. There are more than 500 surveillance cameras in operation in the area; each commune has a smart hamlet model to effectively contribute to the district's digital transformation. The district's specialized departments, agencies, communes and towns actively coordinate with VNPT Can Tho to deploy the construction and effective implementation of online payment software in the process of receiving and processing records for people and businesses at the one-stop department at the district and commune levels.

So far, 100% of hamlets in the district have been covered by 4G. Established 75 community digital technology teams in hamlets and 146 Zalo groups with people participating with more than 11,244 members. Deployed code assignment and notification of digital addresses to each household, agency, organization, and relic site in the district with about 28,294 addresses. The district set up stores and promoted OCOP products and agricultural products on e-commerce platforms; deployed a cashless payment market model in My Khanh commune.
