4.0 technology solutions will be applied to handle urgent issues, such as forest fire warning, digitizing relics, preserving and promoting the value of ethnic minority cultural heritages, along with technical advances in agricultural production management. By 2030, the district aims to become a leading group in digital government, with the goal of 80% of people and businesses using online public services, more than 55% of total productivity contributing to economic growth, and at least 10% of businesses operating in innovation.
During this period, the district aims to develop a 5G mobile broadband network covering 99% of the population, along with the application of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, big data, blockchain, and new technologies, such as nano and quantum technology, to improve data efficiency and security.
By 2030, the district also aims to complete the inter-sectoral data system, effectively exploit digital resources, develop digital government and digital economy, strive to achieve a GRDP growth rate of over 10% and strengthen management, protect intellectual property as well as attract domestic and foreign technology organizations and enterprises.
Finally, Don Duong district pays special attention to digital transformation in key areas, such as agriculture, industry, tourism, education, healthcare and transportation. Digital platforms will be deployed to monitor the environment, manage resources, support analysis and forecasting of natural disasters and climate change. In digital tourism and culture, the district promotes creativity, digitizes heritage and libraries, and encourages the community to participate in producing high-quality digital content.
In addition, the government creates conditions for businesses to participate in the global value chain, transfer digital technology from abroad, contributing to building a sustainable digital economy, towards the 2045 vision with high growth rate and protection of inventions and intellectual products. |
