The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has just announced a groundbreaking transformation plan, aiming to have 50% of federal government services operated by artificial intelligence agents (AI Agents) within the next two years. If achieved, the UAE will become the first government in the world to deploy AI at such a large scale in governance.
(CT) - According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Can Tho City, the city currently has 100,327 hectares of fruit trees, including varieties such as pomelo, orange, tangerine, lemon, mango, longan, durian, sapodilla, jackfruit, guava, custard apple, etc. In March 2026, the entire city harvested approximately 7,280 hectares, yielding 114,806 tons; the cumulative harvest from the beginning of the year to date is 343,998 tons, reaching 30% of the annual plan.
In the first months of 2026, Can Tho City's foreign relations and international integration activities were comprehensively and thoroughly planned and implemented, with diverse and flexible forms suitable to the practical situation. The city welcomed many international delegations visiting and working, seeking cooperation opportunities. This contributed to enhancing Can Tho's position on the international stage, contributing to socio-economic development, and expanding investment promotion opportunities for the city.
To affirm its position as the central hub of the Mekong Delta region, Can Tho City is focusing all its resources on attracting strategic investors, especially in the logistics sector. Anticipating opportunities arising from synchronized transportation infrastructure and the formation of large-scale industrial zones, Saigon Newport Corporation has proactively planned to enhance its operational capacity, pioneering the "green transportation" model and proposing the construction of a free trade zone in Can Tho City. These groundbreaking steps are expected to create new momentum, contributing to making Can Tho a modern and sustainable logistics center for the entire region.
