On April 22, 2022, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 505/QD-TTg, taking October 10 every year as the "National Digital Transformation Day". This is a meaningful day for the digital transformation in Vietnam. National Digital Transformation Day will be an annual activity to evaluate the digital transformation results of ministries, branches and localities in the year and share experiences and new ways to accelerate the process of national digital transformation.

On October 1, 2022 in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union held the National Startup Youth Forum 2022. Attending the Forum, there were Vice Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and representatives of a number of ministries, branches and central agencies.

On October 11, the Directorate of Standards, Metrology, and Quality in collaboration with the USAID-funded Trade Facilitation Project (USAID TFP) organized a training session on the National Standardization Strategy (NSS) and quality Infrastructure (NQI).
