On August 25, in Ha Noi, authorized by Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Technology (MOST) Nguyen Quan handed over appointment decision to Mr. Pham Cong Tac - Chief of the Office of Ministry of Science and Technology, held the position of Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
