In the recent years, Kon Tum province has actively implemented Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU, dated November 25, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on developing commodity agriculture in a broad direction, applying high technology associated with processing industry and consumption market by 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Lao Cai has actively promoted the application of high technology in agricultural production to shift the crop structure, improve land use efficiency and play an important role in the goals of poverty reduction, sustainable development and adaptation to climate change. By the end of 2017, the area of high-tech agricultural land in the province reached about 1,229.7 hectares, with an average product value of about 229.55 million VND per hectare.

Cao Bang province is promoting the application of science and technology in agricultural production to increase economic value for farmers and help localities escape poverty sustainably.

In order to create high-tech and branded agricultural products in the market, Bac Kan city is making efforts to implement science and technology projects and increase the application of technology in agricultural production.

Farmers in Kien Xuong district are actively applying high-tech agriculture thanks to local encouragement and the spirit of innovation, contributing to optimizing production, improving economic efficiency and promoting production value in the whole district.

Thai Binh province pays special attention to the application of science and technology in the agricultural sector to promote the transformation of production structure in accordance with each region, type of land, farming practices and market requirements.

On April 22, 2025, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Vinh Long province coordinated with Pham Hung Political School to organize a workshop with the theme "Vinh Long Intellectuals are in the 50-year process of building and developing the country 1975-2025."
