The Ministry of Science and Technology has developed a draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; a dossier of request for formulation of a Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Science and Technology and the Law on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the Law on product and goods quality, quality assurance and progress to submitte to the Government.

To promote Fintech start-ups applied in rural areas, a very important issue is capital. This is a major bottleneck that requires supportive policies and the establishment of support funds from the State and businesses for the purpose of incubating startups. Because if there is no "incubation" investment, how can there be billion-dollar businesses in the future.
