A new study at the University of Chicago (USA) showed that lack of the sleep also causes obesity.

The research indicated that the deprived sleep group will averagely take more than 550 calories per day, while energy consumption of a day in the the deprived sleep group and enough time of sleep groups were almost equal, the number of calories that the deprived sleep group were added that was no chance of being burned.
According to Dr. Kristen Knutson in University of Chicago, people increased the risk of the obesity when taken energy was larger than the amount of the consumed things.
Dr. Knutson said, the new detection also showed that the deprived sleep group increased the risk of the diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease.
Following Times of India, the factors related to the social, cultural and living environment caused a shortage of the sleep for people.
