National Office of Intellectual Property of Viet Nam held a workshop on "strengthening Intellectual Property ecosystem through exploiting the trademark"
In the recent years, the effective creation, management and exploitation of the trademarks have become a problem that businesses are interested. Strong brands will easily find the trust from customers and help businesses stand firmly in the fierce competitive environment today. Sharing experiences of the brand exploitation for business goals.

In the framework of bilateral cooperation between National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) and Japan Patent Office (JPO), NOIP collaborated with JPO and Japan Trade Promotion Organization in Bangkok (JETRO Bangkok) to organize a workshop on "Strengthening intellectual property ecosystems through the exploitation of the brand" on January 27, 2015.

More than 90 delegates from the agency for management, enforcement and service organization representing industrial property, Vietnam and Japan businesses attended the workshop.

The workshop is an opportunity for two countries to understand the laws in order to protect intellectual property rights, particular trademarks in Vietnam and Japan, concurrently sharing experiences, ways to exploit the brand based on the reality of the business. Especially, workshop content included discussion of topics related to the famous brand and handing in trademark registration forms with bad intents that attracted attention and exchanged lively among the presenters and delegates.
