Two patents won an award of the contest
Because of life, his wife went to Saigon to cook for a restaurant; he must leave his job, and worked as an electrician at home to raise his children. Two inventions of Mr. Nam turned to win the third and second prize of 2nd Tra Vinh Technical Innovation Contest (2012-2013) organized by Tra Vinh Department of Science - Technology.
In 2014, he continued his research and published his power-saving device products used in shrimp cultivation with Department of Science - Technology.
The function agency tested Mr. Nam’s products and concluded the products are effective and reduce 50% power consumption compared with the old equipments. Its price is 5.7 million VND / product. He sold more than 100 products, Mr. Nam said.
Professional agency also tested the effectiveness of power-saving devices in shrimp cultivation and the result showed that the devices decreased more than 50% of power consumption compared to previous devices.
