Car competition of LH-Gold Energy team (Lac Hong University).

11 teams of students from industrial engineering universities and colleges of Vietnam are ready to go to Manila (Philippines) to attend contest of Asia Shell Eco-marathon (SEM) 2016. It will  take place from March 3-6.

This year, Vietnamese students and more than 100 teams of students from 16 countries in Asia and Africa will compete in the demonstration, testing and controlling fuel-efficient cars on the streets in Manila capital.

Attending the competition, teams are challenged to manufacture fuel- efficient cars that can run in real urban environments. The award will belong to the team's cars running the farthest distance an lowest fuel.

Student teams can register for the vehicle category "basic model" or "urban models."

CKD-MIN 10 teams (Ho Chi Minh University of Engineering) the first time participated and won second prize "basic model - Gasoline Fuel" with record 568 km / liter of fuel.
