Online public services add electronic payment gateway
On July 7, 2017, the National Online Bidding Center combined with VietUnion officially launched a public administrative service, allowing people to pay online to complete the application without losing time going to the registry agency.

Payoo provides online public service.

Online public service is a trend that is being encouraged and promoted by the Government. In recent years, many provinces/cities have promoted the development of public administrative services to Level 4 so that people can access information, submit applications, process payments and etc complete records on the Network anywhere. In which, public service level 4 allows people to pay online to complete the last stage of the record without spending a lot of time.

The online payment channel of the National Bidding Center (Department of Procurement Management - Ministry of Planning and Investment) is being implemented at muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn. This connection allows legal entities nationwide to register for bidding via the national bidding network, which can pay corresponding fees via Payoo via payment methods, such as domestic ATM cards, international Cards (Mastercard, Visa) or electronic wallet.

With the trend of promoting online public services, VietUnion has expanded its connectivity to administrative agencies to provide payment utilities. Payoo online payment service has also successfully connected to the Immigration Portal at evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn, an eVisa channel for foreigners in Vietnam. Payoo also connects with Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade to provide one-stop public services to support people and businesses pay online fees.
