According to the Vietnam Young Astronomical Society, the appropriate time to observe the Perseids meteor shower is the morning of August 12-14, August 13 is ideal day.

After 1:00 AM of the above days, the viewer just look east of the sky and find the constellation of Perseus - the center of the meteor shower rise in the eastern horizon. The viewers only need to use the naked eye to observe the Perseids and be patient because intervals between meteors may range from a few seconds to several minutes.

Astronomers have warned this year that meteors will "not explode" as they did last year, culminating in a night of only 30-40 stars per hour. This phenomenon also falls on the crescent time only a few days after the full moon, so the light of the moon will reduce the observation ability.

Perseids is a meteor shower that takes place in August each year, it's the remnants of a 109P / Swift-Tuttle comet moving towards the sun.
